FINAL WORD TO OUR COMPETITORS

11th June 2008 - Well, it's all over but the clean-up.

On behalf of the Melbourne 3DE Organising Committee, I would like to thank all competitors for their participation in the 2008 event. We made a number of changes this year - a new web site, changes to the registration process to reduce frustration and waiting times, introduction of social evenings throughout the event (OK, it was just the bar in the Main Arena but we did provide heaters!) and we endeavoured to ensure that all competitors had what they needed, when they needed it. But things can always be improved. I would like to take this opportunity to invite riders to submit feedback - suggestions for improvements, observations, comments. These will all be taken into consideration as we head back into planning for the 2009 event. So why not HAVE YOUR SAY - email me at geri@m3de.com.au.

REFUNDS

If you had to withdraw from the event prior to its start and are anticipating a refund of stabling and/or camping fees, please be patient. I am currently summarising this information. It will be submitted for approval to the Organising Committee in the next few days. Once refunds are approved, a request for processing of cheque or credit card refunds will be undertaken.
